1. Bookings and Payments
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to booking confirmation and availability verification.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 20 working days before the event date.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeline may result in the booking being cancelled without prior notice.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
If a Client cancels a confirmed booking, the following refund policy shall apply:
- More than 60 days before the event date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- 60 days or less before the event date: All payments made (including deposit and balance payment, if applicable) are non-refundable.
Talent Cancellations
In the event that a Talent is unable to fulfil the engagement due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, Annual Dinner Pro will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement of comparable value and quality.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made for the affected service.
3. Conduct and Safety
Annual Dinner Pro reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any booking or service without refund if the event, activity, or venue is found to involve any unlawful, illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activities.
4. Limitation of Liability
Annual Dinner Pro acts as a platform connecting Clients with independent Talents and service providers. While we strive to work with reliable and professional partners, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, or dispute arising from the actions, conduct, or performance of any Talent, service provider, or Client.
All Talents listed on the Platform operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Annual Dinner Pro or At Go Event Sdn. Bhd.
5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Annual Dinner Pro reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
